I was connected with George, who turned out to have a mutual history and enthusiasm for Volkswagen. Since this was going to be my third VW, our shared love of these cars made the entire buying process much easier. Aside from that, I found Hedrick has the most welcoming showroom and waiting area. Since making the purchase, this place has completely ghosted me. I have sent multiple emails and given them more than enough time to make things right—escalating the issue from sales all the way up to top-tier management. Absolutely no one will respond. On top of the defective vehicle and nonexistent customer service, the finance department was an entirely separate, pitiful ordeal that I don't even have the time to detail. They got their money and completely checked out. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle and a dealership that stands behind its words, look elsewhere. This place is unprofessional and utterly disappointing. More
