I just wanted to take a minute and send a big thank you out to Robert and Mark at Hendrick Volkswagen in Frisco, TX. I’m kind of an old dude and was very skeptical about buying a car online. Once I talked out to Robert and Mark at Hendrick Volkswagen in Frisco, TX. I’m kind of an old dude and was very skeptical about buying a car online. Once I talked to Robert in sales I felt it might be a possibility. I’ve been shopping for the car for about six months and was not having any luck locally. Robert told me the car was in excellent shape, and then went on to prove it. He took the time to send me three very thorough videos, one of the outside of the car, one of the interior of the car and one of the engine. He was right, the car looked amazing. Robert allowed me to put a small deposit down to hold the car until I was able to make time to get to Frisco and see it. I really don’t know how he could’ve been more helpful or pleasant. After agreeing to buy the car, Robert turn me over to Mark in finance. Again, couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. Mark talked me through the details of purchasing the car and offered a variety of protection plans at a variety of costs. Again, both of these gentlemen, were extremely easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Or anybody for that matter. The car I purchased is awesome, and the buying experience with terrific. Thanks again, Monty Webb More

I worked with Paul Gregory to buyout our leased vehicle. He was very accommodating by giving us a loaner while they did their inspection on it. purchased a "Certified" 2018 GTI from them back in June of 2022. The sales and finance experience was pretty good. However, I discovered the clearcoat on my front bumper coming off.
