Since making the purchase, this place has completely ghosted me. I have sent multiple emails and given them more than enough time to make things right—escalating the issue from sales all the way up to top-tier management. Absolutely no one will respond. On top of the defective vehicle and nonexistent customer service, the finance department was an entirely separate, pitiful ordeal that I don't even have the time to detail. They got their money and completely checked out. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle and a dealership that stands behind its words, look elsewhere. This place is unprofessional and utterly disappointing. More
