He took the time to help me find the right trim and color without any pressure. He took the time to make sure I knew how to work all of the features. From selecting the vehicle to completing the purchase, everything was smooth, efficient, and easy. I really appreciated the great communication and professionalism. Joshua Frank took amazing care of our Arteon. He took a really stressful situation with our car having problems to an amazing experience for me and my wife.
