I simply asked if I could sit in a vehicle, he said lets go. We sat in 3 vehicles, you'd think he built the car with all the knowledge he had. He never skipped a beat & I ask lots of questions. We walked back inside to get 1 of his business cards & he stepped in the business office & spoke with Kevin Hatfield who is the new car director and within 5 minutes or less...showed me an offer I was pleased with & zero pressure. Just sharing a document for my review, no words of a typical car salesman. I recall asking a question he bounced off of Kevin and they said yes. I've always thought buying a vehicle should be as simple as buying a loaf of bread & it was. It's not the business, it's the people operating the business. Moving into the finance dept. I was met by Patrick Wolfe. Again...the guy just talks to you. He showed me a couple add-on's & I actually bought 1. The explanation Patrick offered was understandably efficient. At this point I'm thinking Mr. Hendrick puts these folks through soft skills training, however, it's the type of people he selects that fit the team. These 3 gents know what they are doing, very professional & to the point. There is no back n forth to be had, they don't operate this way. Delivery was advanced and educational. It had been raining, they made the vehicle ready & Robert kept the vehicle in doors until I was ready to leave. He sat & again explained every button & function of the car. Very patient & professional in his role. You always wonder if you made the right decision a day or 2 later, I'm pleased to say I DID make the right decision. Robert, Kevin & Patrick...Thanks guys. I took my 2020 Passat in for service yesterday. I have been going to Hendricks for years and I have had many service advisors but Josh Frank has been the best. He always take care of me no matter how busy been going to Hendricks for years and I have had many service advisors but Josh Frank has been the best. He always take care of me no matter how busy he is. He has always looked out for me and I always appreciative for his level of knowledge and care. Josh Frank is the main reason I purchased my Passat and I absolutely love my car. Thank You Josh for all your help over the years. More
This was my first time shopping for a new car and I was understandably nervous about the process. Volkswagen was the first dealership I went to, and it ended up being the only dealership I went to because understandably nervous about the process. Volkswagen was the first dealership I went to, and it ended up being the only dealership I went to because I had such a great experience with Robert Fabian. He was so patient the very first time he met me and spent at least two hours going over every question I had and bringing out every single car I was interested in so I could look at them in person. I left that night to think over my options, and Robert absolutely did not pressure me at all to make any decisions, while being personable and kind the whole way through. When I finally settled on my dream car, a 2021 tornado red Volkswagen Jetta SEL, they did not have that car in red in the dealership, so they checked statewide. There wasn't a red Jetta statewide, and they checked the surrounding states. We had no luck in the surrounding states either, but because we were so insistent on the color, they checked nationwide and finally found one in Wisconsin and made sure it was delivered to us in mint condition. Robert checked in with me multiple times during the wait, and also came in multiple times during his day off (!!) to make sure that I was taken care of. I truly could not have had a better experience and I cannot recommend Robert strongly enough. The next time my family or friends are looking for a car, I will definitely be passing along Robert's information! More

Went here two times for service and both times I had to return a second time because of the service department essentially not knowing how to do their job. They don’t even know how to track how an appointm return a second time because of the service department essentially not knowing how to do their job. They don’t even know how to track how an appointment was made. I called two days before my appointment to set the appointment and when I showed up they had it in their system as it being done online along with services I never even asked for. Completely disorganized. come on Grant, get your stuff together! More
