Terrible experience I am sure the dealership is great and hope mine was a one off bad experience. I normally don't write reviews, but I chose to write this one because th I am sure the dealership is great and hope mine was a one off bad experience. I normally don't write reviews, but I chose to write this one because they called me multiple times to justify what they were doing is right. I requested a price quote on their website for a 2018 Volkswagen Jetta S, because it said this - "Please Note: We provide Savings on our vehicles daily based on current inventory supply. Check to see if this vehicle qualifies for a Sale Price." So I wanted to check if the price on the website is final? Luis called me back and refused to give me the price. He told they pay thousands of dollars for a marketing company and some other unrelated things. He told I can look elsewhere but he cannot give me a price. After an hour, another guy called back asking should we stop posting prices online and told if we are losing your business for a $100, so be it. - I never told you guys to stop posting prices online and in fact it is the most convenient way to shop. I had a simple question and wanted to know if the online price was final? Are you saying I shouldn't ask that question? When did I say I am considering another place because you are quoting $100 higher? The way you both handled the situation was just so rude. More

BEST Car Salesman at Hendrick VW in Frisco!! My family and I just moved to Frisco, TX a few weeks ago from SC. I have owned a VW Passat in the past and knew I wanted another one. We were introduced to Jonathan Deckard at Hendrick VW when we first walked in and clicked instantly! He was GENUINE. He was HELPFUL. Most importantly...he was HONEST. It took us several days to decide what we wanted. Jonathan was extremely patient with us. He totally understood where we were coming from and was not pushy in anyway. We had planned on buying a used Passat. With the great deals going on with the new Passats we decided to go with one of them instead. Our daughter will be needing a newer car very soon. We will definitely be back and we will definitely be calling on Jonathan AGAIN! Hendrick VW was great...Jonathan made it even better! We felt like he was part of our family. More
