Nick at Hendrick VW in Concord is the best, he took my complaint on my vehicle, helped me get it towed and followed up routinely to make sure I was aware since it was a long process to get it fix. Long story short, my.ID4 came from the factory with the wrong low voltage battery. It couldn't maintain a charge an my card bricked. Took 3 weeks to resolve. But all was well and the dealership covered it. More
