No idea what to expect, but the perfect outcome! My old car was in pretty bad shape, but was still running enough to get me to and from work. On a whim, and thinking about all the scenarios in which something did go wrong with the old car, my mom decided one day that we would go look for a new one. I was not convinced that I could even buy a new car, being only two years out of college with very little credit history, not the best financial situation, and absolutely no idea what to even look for. We went into Hendrick and had a great experience talking to Robert and John and telling them what we were looking for, but initially were offered a less than ideal car for what I was going to be able to afford. We went home, a little disappointed but still happy with the experience, especially since Robert assured us that he would keep digging and get back to me right away with anything else he could find. Sure enough, a few hours later, I got a call back from John that they had found what was basically the perfect car for me. Great mileage, perfect payment options and a working A/C - a huge improvement from my previous car. I could not be happier with how everything turned out and I am so thankful for the staff at Hendrick for their patience and their commitment to helping their customers. They made me, a stress-bucket first-car buyer, feel at ease and like I was making a really good decision in buying this car. Thanks guys! More

I had been treated very poorly at other VW dealerships but my experience here has been my most enjoyable car buying experience, so far. Also, John Cauble in Finance was great as well! We stayed in touch, he knew what I was looking for, and he secured the SUV with all the features I wanted (plus some that I didn't even realize I wanted!). He made himself easily accessible which I appreciated more than he knows because it made me feel like he truly cared about helping me - not just selling me a vehicle. He and Patrick worked to meet me at the price point my family needed which wasn't easy considering the extras - and for that I am so thankful! I'm a very busy full time working mom of 3 little boys with a husband out of town with work for a few weeks - they went above and beyond what they had to do to help me not only get my vehicle home but to be able to come back to the dealership to check out my vehicle once it arrived!
