Service appointment Virgil Smith greeted me when I arrived for my appointment with a great smile. He had everything ready for me and escorted me to the waiting area. He showed me where the coffee and goodies were located and told me to make myself at home. If I needed anything to please let him know. I was there for the 120k mile checkup and the process took about 1.5 hours. When I got the car back, the inside had been totally cleaned and vacuumed. It was not washed due to the fact that it was raining. I am extremely pleased with the visit. Virgil went over all the paperwork with me to let me see what was done and any recommendations for the next visit at 125k miles. More
