I received great service from the used sales department. I was very disappointed in the customer service when I brought in my car. It started good when I dropped my car off on a Thursday. They signed me up for a text service and told me they might not be able t brought in my car. It started good when I dropped my car off on a Thursday. They signed me up for a text service and told me they might not be able to get into the car until Monday. I should have asked whuch Monday! I got the original text to sign me up, but they never responded to any of my texts. After 5 business day I gave up on texting and called and I was told I would get a call back. I didnt. I got a text saying they were looking at it now and will call after. 2 business days later I left a message with the service manager. Still no call back. The next day I called again...still no text...still no call back. Then I was told what was wrong. I asked if it is covered by my warranty. They didnt know and would call me back. 2 days later a different person asked if they should order my parts....I asked about the warranty and this person had no idea and didnt know I asked...I told them to order the parts but please let me know. They told me my car "should" be ready in 2 days. 3 days later I called them...still no calls....still no texts. And they had my car done, but still no warranty info. When I came to get my car, 14 bussiness days after I turned it in, they FINALLY called my previous dealership and got warrenty info. The car got fixed, but customer service and communication was lacking. We will be finding a different service shop. More

Warranty repairs I went in for a water pump repair which is under warranty and got stuck for an additional 450.00 in an attachment part that was not part of the warr I went in for a water pump repair which is under warranty and got stuck for an additional 450.00 in an attachment part that was not part of the warranty coverage. the loaner car was provided on day three of repair. In the end I was out 700 dollars for this. Needless to say I took this Chevy and sold it the next day and will never do service with Henna Chevrolet again. Thanks for the sorry service. More
