This was my first time purchasing a car from Henna, but the process was very smooth. Saw the car online, went for a test drive and purchased the same day. Had oil change and went back because I had oil leaking and Henna said I would have to bring it back in two weeks. Took it back and Henna was telling me all the costs it would be and my husband told me no and Henna said I would have to bring it back in two weeks. Took it back and Henna was telling me all the costs it would be and my husband told me no and leave. He took it to a local shop and they found the oil filter was put in wrong and they put in another one with no charge. I won’t be back More
I’ve been taking my car to Henna for maintenance since I purchased it from there over a year ago. They do an exceptional job and Abby in customer service department goes above and beyond to make a mundane e purchased it from there over a year ago. Brought my car in for warranty repair. It took longer than I thought, but they did great work and corrected the issue. The staff was friendly enough but the service was deplorable. Even with a scheduled appointmet and arriving early I wound up waiting for almost 3.5 hours for an oil change. A hundred dollar oil cha deplorable. Even with a scheduled appointmet and arriving early I wound up waiting for almost 3.5 hours for an oil change. A hundred dollar oil change is painful enough but when you throw in how much I make per hour and the lost time during the middle of the day, it becomes a very expesnvie oil change. Every person at the service desk was pretty much indifferent to the situation and had zero sense of urgency. I will not return to Henna. More
Henna has constantly let me down, I have had three Corvettes over the years and Henna has been a major disappointment. Had to file a complaint with corporate to get them to do warranty repair. If you have an appointment for service your car will sit at the dealership on average of 4-6 days before they even touch it. They dont complete the repairs that you request they do. You get your car back dirtier than when you drop it off. Another time they changed all the settings for my radio stations, suspension, and headlights. After a wheel replacement for the second cracked rim the lube they used sprayed all over the side of the car. Had them look at tire losing air and they said it was great, cheap repair shop instantly noticed another cracked rim. They scratched my Grand Sport during an oil change and during the paint repair they got overspray on the car for yet another repair. They need to do better, no more excuses. I feel the dealership doesn’t respect my time, car, or money. Complaints to the dealer and to the general manager go unanswered. They do not stand by you. More
