It took me a few days to seal the purchase, but he was quite patient and was the sole conduit through which I dealt with at the dealership. I am very grateful for not having to approach someone new each time. He made himself available whenever necessary. After purchase, I had a mechanic look systems over during the return grace period, who found a leak in exhaust system due to rusty undercarriage. Despite the GM's efforts to wave the issue away (no leak, I swear..), Hung stood by me and brought me to a dealer-mechanic so that we could all see eye to eye. You both are the heros to my happiness with this sale/purchase. The GM was just as ready to take the vehicle back under return than to fix the problem. We all wanted me to drive away with the vehicle. It's less about the money to some people. The repair price is relatively small. I just want my concerns to be heard and taken care of. After all, the vehicle is new to me, and I plan to have it for a long time. The last thing I want is to make a repair out of pocket immediately after purchase. Hung personality is also very courteous and caring. He showed more hustle than most any other salesperson I saw on the floor, literally running to the mechanics' shop, main offices, or moving the truck from place to place. More

Slow start but strong finish When I first arrived I was paired with a nice sales guy. The problem started during the test drive when I asked about the touch screen navigation. H When I first arrived I was paired with a nice sales guy. The problem started during the test drive when I asked about the touch screen navigation. He said he did not think it was equipped with it. The first line in the description of this particular vehicle says touch screen navigation followed by a picture of the nav screen online. He continued to show me how he knows it does not have it. Long story short, I left that day with a sales guy that did not try to sell me a car. This is where Hung Nguyen comes in. He was wonderful to deal with. We spoke several times over the phone during a couple day period before coming to a deal. He wanted to make me happy and was willing to work to get the deal done. I got a great deal on the car and Hung really showed the hustle I like to see. When the papers were signed he knew we were in a hurry to get back to work. As my wife and I walked outside waiting for the car to be finished with detailing, we look over to see Hung inside the car over at the detailing shop vacuuming to help the guys get the car done quicker. It is putting in the extra effort like this that will make me search out Hung Nguyen for my next car purchase. He saved the sale on this one when I was about ready to move onto my next option.
