He price matched a Mazda 3 from TrueCar, and knocked off further from my Mazda loyalty program, and I walked out with a deal that I am still having trouble trying to digest. Don't be discouraged by their location, they work differently over here. Usually the experience of purchasing from a dealer can be nerve wrecking. With Mr. Terrell, I spoke to him briefly over the weekend, came over on Monday during my lunch break, spent an hour to test drive and signing the papers, and had the car delivered after an hour after I reached home (in the midst of heavy Atlanta rush hour traffic). Entire process was super efficient and Mr.Terrell diligently arranged the entire workflow smoothly. A point to note, most of the other dealers I contacted refused to quote anything until I walk into their showroom. On top of it, another dealer that I had purchased my first mazda kept promising a price match, matched it, and gave a last minute 'gotcha' moment when they offered a ridiculous APR (also refused to let my use my own financing). I burned days trying to work with them on this and got a good education on how dealers work their customers. Oh yeah, the best part was Mr.Terrell allowed me to use my own financing, but turn around and even beat that APR that my bank offered! I left the dealership almost speechless.
