I had to take my trade to Carmax to get an appraisal from them before Hennessey would make a fair offer. That was pretty disappointing since it was a Mazda 3 with 10000 miles that I purchased from them 8 months ago. Gerren really had to fight to get every dollar for me and actually had to bypass the sales manager and go straight to the GM. There wasn't an option to give my salesman 5 stars otherwise he would rate as high as possible. If you have a trade in go to Carmax for an appraisal before you start negotiating with them. More
