Upon looking for a new vehicle I started looking at somewhat local Mazda dealers lots.They were very nice folks I have to say and wonderful vehicles.What I noticed though was the lack of willingness to work on the numbers which I guess is due to the demand for Mazda's.So I reached out to True Car website that I had messed with a few years back.The closest and best deals were at Hennessy just below Atlanta.Well that is over 1 1/2 hours away but what I was finding was that I could go with the Mazda 6 potentially instead of the 3 we had been really gearing up for.Upon arriving Mark came right up to us very pleasant and got us underway.He was flawless with his listening to what we wanted and not pressuring us at all.He pulled anything we wanted to drive out for us and was just informing us of little tads of info about each vehicle as we drove them.We had not planned on buying that day since we had plans later in afternoon but we fell in love with this one particular car(it wasn't included in initial True Car quotes).So Mark said let me go run it thru and see what it comes out with and He did and it fell to almost exact price we were expecting for the 3 model we were hoping to get.So bang we decided to go ahead and the last meeting is where most folks get upset,the Financing people.So He went in talked to the person and came back and said we were up next,I thought here we go lol.So the financing person came out and introduced himself and sat us down.He of course asked a few questions etc.. then pleasantly showed us the finance options including all the potential add ons,This is where folks tend to get upset with the whole deal.Just so you know a lot of dealers make most of the money at this time with pressuring for the top tier set ups,Not Hennessy they showed the 4 different ways to go and said you guys pick.Great great way to handle customers so we decided on the 1 plan that fit us best went ahead and bought the vehicle.while waiting for the car to be prepped all of a sudden i decided I wanted to add 1 option to plan,No Problem was the answer.Bang He redid the whole sale had my wife come back to sign again and boom we were done.We are so happy with them I have decided I will likely travel that far for our regular maintenance.This is the way a dealership should work,Volume over high pricing.Trust me when I say that the maintenance dept is where dealers really make the money,So the sales can have some movement for the customer.Great Great experience and Staff at Hennessy ! pls give them a try More
