While my sales associate and finance officer were nice, they didn't let me know what to bring ahead of time, resulting in me having to look up several documents at the Dealership. Worth the drive! After using the U.S. News Best Price Program website, I received several online price quotes for a new Mazda CX-9 Touring edition SUV. The best price After using the U.S. News Best Price Program website, I received several online price quotes for a new Mazda CX-9 Touring edition SUV. The best price came from Hennessy. Being on the north side of town, I did not really want to travel 50+ miles so I contacted Mazda of Roswell to see if they would match the price. They said they would and put the numbers in writing, but after a test drive and several hours of wasted time, they refused to sell us the car at the price they themselves quoted. So I contacted Mark Cooper at Hennessy, and am glad I did because this was the best car buying experience I have ever had in 30+ years of buying cars. They did not have a red one like my wife wanted, but he arranged a swap with another dealership and had the car on site without me even having committed in any way. Upon arriving, he did not try to upsell or change our minds on anything, and knew the car inside and out. We were in and out in less than three hours. Even the finance process was quick and smooth - no pressure to buy GAP insurance or extended warranties, and they got us financing that matched my credit union's best rate.
