Going Above and Beyond Was shopping around for an S2000 for some time and looked on Autotrader and Cars.com. I came across an S2000 being sold at Hennessy and called them. Was shopping around for an S2000 for some time and looked on Autotrader and Cars.com. I came across an S2000 being sold at Hennessy and called them. Mike answered and was very easy to deal with. He was very prompt and returned my calls and texts within minutes. He sent me many pictures as well as emailed me the carfax and autocheck reports. Since I am from out of state, Mike went over everything that needed to be done and arranged for transportation to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership. Even before coming to the dealership Mike let me know that the was a substantial rock chip in the front windshield and that they would replace the windshield for me before I flew in. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was very friendly and the people seemed very genuine. Mike wasted no time and showed me to the car and we went for a test drive as well as put the car on lifts to look underneath. The paperwork process was smooth and easy and then I was back on the road driving my "new" car back home. I was very satisfied with purchasing this vehicle from Hennessy and was very happy that this whole process was easy and stress-free. Coming from out of state and not being able to physically see the vehicle, I had many doubts. However, Mike and Jim laid my doubts to rest. I was very happy. However, on the drive back I noticed that the rearview mirror on the windshield was very high and when adjusting it the mirror would hit the domelight and the dimming switch was essentially useless. Essentially the front windshield that was replaced had the mirror mount too high making the mirror also too high. I made it back to my state and was a little saddened and thought well I cant drive it back to the dealer because it is too far and with a lot of places as soon as you take delivery of the car its like "out of sight out of mind." Mike texted me to see how my drive back home was and I disclosed to him the issue of the mirror and the front windshield. This is where Mike and the guys at Hennessy go above and beyond. I showed them pictures and went to a auto glass shop and a honda dealer who verified that the mirror mount is in fact too high. Mike said to have the autoglass shop replace the windshield with a new one with a lower mirror mount and send them the bill and they will send me a check back. I was shocked. Talk about honest and trustworthy guys who will stand by their cars they sell because they care more about the people and make sure that their number one priority is customer satisfaction. I cannot give Mike and the rest of Hennessy enough credit. I have purchased many cars from dealerships but I have never encountered a dealership like this. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle to contact Hennessy and especially Mike and they will take great care of you. I know if I ever need another vehicle I will definitely be calling Mike up to help me. Thank you again Mike and Hennessy. More

I reached out to Hennessy via an Allstate program. I dealt with Mark Cooper and Ron Geraci via phone , email, text and finally at the dealership. They were always cordial and polite. I was quoted a price that was the best price in Georgia and that was the price that I paid. I had specific features that I wanted, they went out of their way to find me the car to meet my needs. They were both very knowledgeable and considerate. These are traits I haven't found in many sales people. I would definitely recommend this dealership and these two sales people in particular to my friends. I had a pleasant purchase from start to finish. More

I did an internet inquiry on the car and Ron Geraci reached out to me in a passive manner and simply asked what I was looking for. I told him my budget and what I was looking for. He presented me with what he thought were my best options based on my situation and said that the prices were guaranteed to be the lowest. He actually made recommendations that saved me money. The total time at the dealership was maybe 45 minutes. I truly felt like I got a great deal on the car with no hassle at all. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and I would recommend them to anyone. More

My experience with you was quite the opposite. You were relaxed and personable. I enjoyed talking with you while the financing was being arranged. You kept your word regarding all of your promises. I am flattered that you did not show the car to other potential customers in anticipation of my arrival. The price we agreed on over the phone was the price I saw on the invoice. You were efficient and valued my time. Whenever I buy a new car, I always worry about how I am going to feel about purchasing it after the sale. Several times I felt like I made a horrible mistake, regretted it and hated the car. Not this time. I am very happy with my purchase of the Miata. I love the car. But what made the experience most enjoyable was your service to me. I must say, that in my almost forty years of driving, my experience with you has been the most relaxed and pleasant. Thank you sir! Before eventually landing at Hennessy, I went to a number of dealerships to see all the major contenders in the vehicle class. When I finally narrowed my selection down the CX-5 and the Encore, Gerren met with me on 3 separate occasions, walking me through the features of each. He was extremely patient and stayed til close on two of those occasions to make sure that I made the best decision for me. They met the price I was seeking and made financing easy as well. The process couldn't have been more seamless. I'd recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a Mazda, Buick, or GMC. More
