Not wasting my time I called the dealership earlier in the day to make sure the car is available, one sales person confirmed me that it is and sent me he's info. When I arrived was nobody at the front desk,one sales person(John Allen) approached me shortly and I told him who I was in contact with, it took a couple minutes and he told me that the specific sales person is out with another customer on a test drive. So I started looking around and after a while I told John that I would be happy to work with anybody if the other person is busy. I was looking for a specific vehicle and John was very polite and knowledgeable about the car on our test drive. Once we got to the table for the numbers I also had a number for my trade in and for the new car that i thought is fare and i liked the fact that he didn't came back with a lame 200$ offer above mine and so forth... I experienced this at all other dealers but not here... so i liked that they didn't waste my time More

Thankful I was not on the expressway. I took the car back to get it checked out and to check why the head lights keep going out and coming back on. The repairman replaced the light but I am not sure why the trunk opened by itself, and I was not advised ,my concern is this could happen again while I am driving. I was not happy with the service I waited 4 hours to get a head light. Some Items should be in stock in a service dept.I came to Hennessey 4 days to make a final purchase and I bought the 2nd car. I live 30 miles from Hennessy, I don't know how may times I will need to come for these concerns, but I am a little afraid or the problems, Is it electrical? More

But Mike made my satisfaction a priority over profit and that is rare in the car business. I would recommend Hennessey to anyone looking for the best price and service and I would recommend they deal with Mike if they want a salesman that is actually in their corner. More

We visited several dealerships and had the best experience with Hennessy Buick, The only area that we think needs some improvement was in the detailing of our enclave. The windows were not cleaned well, plastic and label from factory was left on interior surfaces and there was a sticky area on the back seat. Ron went above and beyond in cleaning the back seat. Overall we were very pleased with our sales experience and would recommend this dealership and Ron Geraci. More
