We were set on the Mazda3, but were having a difficult time finding a fair deal. Truecar.com led us to 3 dealerships, including Hennessy of Southlake. Initially we contacted another Mazda dealership located closer to us (we're north of Atlanta). This turned out to be a waste of time. I decided to contact Mark Cooper even though the dealership was nearly an hour away. Mark was great. He was very professional and totally transparent. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. We got a fair deal, and my wife loves the car. As the saying goes, happy wife, happy life. As a bonus I take her car out for a spin on occation just for fun. Ron, Jim, and Henry could not have made the buying process any easier. They were extremely professional, and I am so thrilled we bought our first car as a married couple here. We traded in my old car, which they gave a fair price during the trade in. One thing to know is that the prices are what they are for the most part. So haggling isn't going to happen. Which was fine with me, because the price of the car we bought was about 3 to 5 thousand less than what we had been seeing elsewhere. The car was right up front when we drove in to see it, and the buying/trading process was effortless. I didn't feel like I had made a terrible decision or that I had been tricked in any way. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and overall excellent. Thank you for making this process a very uncomplicated one!! We will be back when its time for another! More
