Fantastic Service I came in as a referral from a friend and was led to Mike. From the second we sat down with him he was on it! He asked what I wanted and pulled up all the cars with my credentials. We narrowed it down to four cars and within minutes we were outside ready to test drive. When I tell you that he read my mind, he read my mind. The FIRST car I sat in and the only car that I test drove was the car that I ended up buying. From the second I walked in till the second I pulled away with my new car I had phenomenal service from all staff mostly including Mike and Henry. It was painless, quick, and definitely fun! Worst experience ever at any business, car dealer or not I drove over 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to complete a deal that I had been working on via email and phone for two weeks. When I got there, Marvin I drove over 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to complete a deal that I had been working on via email and phone for two weeks. When I got there, Marvin Freightman said "this is goig to be a quick deal", in reference to it being 7:15 and the dealership closing at 8. With-in 15min of arriving, I was told they could not do the deal because the paperwork I had brought was incorrect. I went directly to management, who, at 7:30 in the evening has absolutly no authority to do anything but make sure the salesmen are there or gone...no authority to make a deal happen at all and completely disrespectful. I was also told by Marvin, that the original salesmen, Danny, that I had spoken with, was "out drinking" after he tried and to call him to see what "the story" was and got him but couldn't hear him because of the load location he was at...and the manager who was originally involved in the deal was "on a cruise". The manager that was on duty spoke poor english and treated my wife and myself as if I had never purchased or traded a car, asking me once if he told me that he "owned WalMart, how could I verify or dispute this?" If the dealership is going to be open at 8, they need to have quality personel there to run it. I drove from the Clemson SC area to be treated as if I didn't matter and as if my business was not appreciated. They made virtually no effort to make the deal happen, none. I even offered to pay for the vehicle I was trying to purchase IN-FULL so I could drive it home, while the paperwork on the trade was worked out the following day. Do not do business with Hennessy Soutlake!!! Call me at 8643241049 if you want to know more...I'll gladly tell you. Missed a few courtesys Salesman seemed rushed and impatient. After agreeing to the terms of the deal. I requested the car be fulled with gas, washed, when I came to pic it Salesman seemed rushed and impatient. After agreeing to the terms of the deal. There was less than a half tank. no floor mats (which clearly were in there before as evidenced by the holes in carpet from the previous mats), Only one key( I'm sure most vehicles come with 2). Once I got the key the salesman was no where to be found as if he vanished into thin air. More

I have never been so upset I looked for weeks for the car I wanted & then finally found it at this dealership. I emailed with Daniel & others back & forth letting them know I wo I looked for weeks for the car I wanted & then finally found it at this dealership. I emailed with Daniel & others back & forth letting them know I would be driving there first thing Saturday morning & after driving 3 hrs to the dealership I was told that my car was sold only a few hours before I arrived. No email or warning what so ever that my car I drove 3 hrs for was sold. I was never told I could put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it & there was no compensation for my 3 hr drive & wasted time at all. I left crying & upset & will not be back. More
