When I arrived Ron had the vehicle out front and ready for our test drive. Ron was very thorough with all the features of the vehicle and did not rush or push us on the vehicle purchase. Ron provided exactly what I look for in a salesman. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were introduced to the service department which was also friendly. very disappointed Mark Cooper quoted me a out the door price on a mazda cx5 went to the dealership comfirmed price in writing went to get cashiers check. Mark gave us the keys we gave him the check. He left was gone for 20 min. he came back to inform us that he made a mistake of $600 and that we would have to pay $500 more to get the car. Walked out furious with no sale. Chris Chandler the gm of new sales was very unprofessional and unwilling to cover Mark Coopers mistake. After expressing my extreme anger to Chandler for trying to renegotiate a done deal I was screamed at at by Chandler least 20 times to leave the store as I was walking away. I will never buy a mazda because of this experience. More
