I am eligible for supplier pricing and their advertised price beat supplier pricing. I am originally from the area and I've purchased from Hennessy before. The price and the level of service that my wife and I received on our previous purchase convinced me to make the 230 mile trip back to Hennessy when I found myself in the market for a new car again. It's been a few years and the people are different now, but their commitment to meet my price was the same and the comfort level was the same. Ron Geraci in particular was very knowledgeable about the Lacrosse. I had been to three other dealers to shop around and none of them knew very much about the car they were selling. Ron's is very committed to knowing the product he is selling and that's the way it should be. He was very nice and courteous as well. He went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my purchasing experience. I would recommend him to anyone shopping for a new Lacrosse or an other car that he sells. Not many dealers paid much attention to what I said, I started receiving calls and being told the price could not be provided via email. Ron Geraci, at Hennessy of Southlake, contacted me via email and told me his best price for the day, very reasonable, but I asked him to match another offer I had received. So I decided to buy the car from Hennessy. I told Ron, showed up, signed the waiting paperwork, and took possession of my vehicle in just over an hour.
