Hennessy Mazda has earned a repeat customer. I have been shopping for a new Mazda3 through the USAA buying service. Hennessy had the best price right out of the gate. I was contacted by Mark Coop I have been shopping for a new Mazda3 through the USAA buying service. Hennessy had the best price right out of the gate. I was contacted by Mark Cooper within an hour of my inquiry. My wife and I stopped by that evening and test drove. I was contacted by 2 other local dealers, all offering to beat any other offer. I presented an offer lower than Mark's to Jim Ellis, who said they could make the deal. Once arriving at the dealership, I was informed by the manager, he misread my email and would not be able to beat the price. He was actually almost $2K higher than Hennessy. It was a bait and switch I will never forget. I called Mark the following day to negotiate the cost of the 3 and what I would receive for my trade. I was offered a very fair amount for my trade-in, and the best price in Atlanta on the 3. The process was seamless. This was the easiest experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle.
