Efficient, Courteous, Helpful - Great Experience I was referred to Hennessy when I was looking for a specific vehicle for my daughter's 16th birthday. Omar Cash contacted me within minutes of the referral & the Hennessy Team found the exact vehicle I was looking for in a matter of hours when another dealer hadn't found anything for days. They quickly procured the vehicle and had it on their lot, detailed, & ready to go in a few days. Brandon Bailey helped with setting up the paperwork and a member of Blake Bailey's finance team finished the deal. The entire team made the buying experience one of the best I've ever had. They treated me and my daughter great and quickly had us on our way with her "new" car. I live 1.5 hours from Hennessy and there are plenty of dealers that are closer but after this experience I will be back for my next purchase. More

I blame my horrible experience totally on management. I spend close to three hours negotiating a price. The cost was finally agreed upon and financing was the next step. I informed Mr. Terrell that I prefer to use my credit union and that I have a pre-approved check in my possession. He relayed this information to his manager and suddenly the deal was off. The reason I was given was that the USAA saving certificate could not be used because it reduced the price of the vehicle too low. I found this hard to believe because the validation of the certificate was the first thing that was approved. I drove over 250 miles to visit this dealership. This management has no integrity. I did find a Buick dealership that honored the USSA and gave me a fair price on a 2014 Buick Enclave. More

I went to dozens of dealerships from a few of the biggest names in Georgia, all the way I sketchy dealerships on Buford Highway. I had finally just last week stumbled upon Hennessey Cars and their nothing less than amazing sales associate Tabitha Harvey. Words cannot begin to describe how great she was. She was prompt, courteous, understanding and most of all insanely helpful. She got back to me very quickly. Saved me a lot time by doing a lot of work for me via phone and email. And within just a couple of hours of being in the dealership I walked out with a brand new 2014 Madza 2. Anyone struggling to buy a car or feel like they're getting the run around from a dealership. Drop everything and head over to Hennessy Cars immediately. The building is beautiful on the inside. Very clean, courteous staff, and so much more. As well, my financing consultant there Henry Lewis sent me over the moon with an amazing interest rate. I was quote literally three times as a high of a rate at all of the other dealerships. Henry Lewis and Tabitha Harvey are what buying a car is all about. I will never take my business to any other dealership. They have truly blown me away and have made my entire year with their sales and customer service. Thank you Tabitha Harvey and Henry Lewis from the bottom of my heart. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! More

WOW! WOW! WOW! I took my automobile to have a cracked rim (on the inside) repaired through a wheel and tire warranty. I called before taking the car in to the servic I took my automobile to have a cracked rim (on the inside) repaired through a wheel and tire warranty. I called before taking the car in to the service department. The phone conversation went from bad to worse with Mr. Bob Allen. When I arrived, I was not greeted but asked if I had the key to the car. I explained to the best of my knowledge what was wrong with the rim. I did tell Mr. Allen that he was rude and was not providing good customer service. He stated he was not aware his customer service was not good. I then asked to speak to his boss. Mr. Allen said to have a seat as he looked at the rim and then I could speak to his boss. I did sit for about 45 minutes. Mr. Allen could not find the problem because my daughter, who brought the car in earlier, did not explain nor understand what was the issue. After that was made clear, Mr. Allen informed me that the sensor was the issue as to why the service persons could not get the tire off to check the crack. He told me to take the car back to the location that put the new tire on the car. I did. The young man at Discount Tires called Mr. Allen upon my arrival to clearly understand what I needed them to do. When the young man got off the phone, he made the comment that Mr. Allen was rude. I said nothing to the young man about my encounter with Mr. Allen. It is my belief that a service department can make or break a dealership. I expected good (not excellent) customer service and received horrible (not bad) service. Mr.. Allen asked if we could start over. I said yes. Mr. Allen did provide good customer service 6-16 thru 6-19-2014 as my rim was being repaired. I plan to return to the service department in the future and hope Mr. Allen provides outstanding customer service. More
