Unable to find one in good condition and at a fair price locally, we drove 3 hours for an appointment to look at a used vehicle at a "mom-n-pop" shop. When we got there, the vehicle wasn't even drivable; the driver's seat was completely ripped out! And the condition was dismal, to put it nicely. The "salesman" said he had no idea that we had an appointment to test drive this vehicle to boot. Needless to say, we got out of there fast, a bit frustrated and empty-handed. We decided that we were done shopping around at the smaller shops, and since we were already near Atlanta, we made Hennessy our second stop. With no appointment scheduled, we walked in and were immediately taken care of by Brandon Bailey. He may be the youngest one there, but he has a thorough knowledge of all the vehicles available that fit our description. Personable, kind and full of humor, he was very patient with us as we made our decision. While we were filling out and signing paperwork until 10 pm on a Memorial Day, Brandon waited around to hand me the keys to my STUNNING 2011 Denali! He was even a good sport and posed for a picture! After driving over 300 m My husband had contacted Ron and was led to believe that the dealership had several colors to choose from for a 2014 Terrain. After driving over 300 miles, we found that was NOT the case. So, Ron said he wanted to make it right. And we felt at the time he was making a sincere effort. We talked, discussed, waited, debated and after a very long time came to an agreement on a price. Then, the price offered for our trade-in was awful and THEN the finance department would not even work with us without money down FIRST. After driving more than 300 miles home, our local dealer beat the price because Ron had only given us minimal GMC discounts. He actually did nothing to make it right. The KEY dealership in Jacksonville is THE place to go - better price, better service. More

He really does care about your car buying experience and he makes you feel important even though I was from 2 states away. I have gone to several dealers in the past who discounted me because I'm female. This was certainly NOT the case with Ron. Bait-and-switch retail sale. Dealership Lack Integrity. This dealership sales staff does not act with integrity. I went to the dealer to purchase a vehicle at the advertised price. I spoke with Daniel LaFav This dealership sales staff does not act with integrity. I went to the dealer to purchase a vehicle at the advertised price. I spoke with Daniel LaFavor several times and was assured the vehicle was still available. When we were ready to pay, we were told that the vehicle was no longer available. The next day the vehicle was listed again on Autotrader and the dealership website but the price has gone up by $1,500. The guys at the front office lied when they said the vehicle has been sold instead of just saying that they wanted to increase the price. The actions of the sales team was fraudulent and deceptive and shows lack of integrity. Since I have been at the dealership twice and we have already concluded on the sale price, the Highlander would have been sold to me at the agreed upon price, instead of lying that it had been sold. Then the same Highlander was listed the next day at a higher price. More
Car buying experience at Hennessey Mazda - Morrow, GA Cecil Jones referred me to Mark Cooper since my interest changed from purchasing a pre-owned Chevy Equinox or the Cadillac SUV to purchasing a Mazda C Cecil Jones referred me to Mark Cooper since my interest changed from purchasing a pre-owned Chevy Equinox or the Cadillac SUV to purchasing a Mazda CX-5. When I arrived to the dealership, Mark Cooper was working with another customer so he then referred me to Chris Brown. I asked Mark why did he refer me to another sales person and he explained that if he could not give me 100% of his time to ensure that all my needs will be met in looking for a vehicle to purchase since he was still in the middle of completing a sale with another customer, it would be best to refer me to another salesperson which was Chris Brown. I commended Mark for acting in such a professional manner as he did when he did not allow me to wait around for him to complete with his customer but instead refer me to another salesman who was able to assist me shortly after I arrived to the dealership. Mark should definitely be commended for being so professional and ensuring the customer needs are first! Chris Brown did an excellent job to ensure that the SUV was delivered to me exactly how I ordered it. Chris also ensured that all the Bluetooth technology, Sirrus radio system and the other extras that I requested were completed upon delivery of the vehicle and also ensured that all electronic systems were setup and working before I departed the dealership. Chris Brown reviewed all the features of the vehicle and explained/demonstrated the usage of the vehicle systems, features and components to my understanding. All the questions/concerns I had about the SUV were answered and he ensured that I was at ease before I left the dealership with the vehicle. Chris Brown displayed professionalism and knowledge about the SUV and ensured that I fully understood everything I needed to know about the SUV. He is definitely a trustworthy salesperson. Cecil Jones introduced me to Mark Cooper who in turn introduced me to Chris Brown… Chris then introduced me to the sales manager and the finance person. More
