Great Experience. I initially made contact with your dealership thru an ad in Car Gurus for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Omar Cash contacted me through an email and tele I initially made contact with your dealership thru an ad in Car Gurus for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Omar Cash contacted me through an email and telephone call to get the specifics of what I was interested in and to be sure that he had all of the info for me on the car. I had been looking for a jeep for quite a while and this one seemed like it might be "the one" for me. As the jeep was just recently traded in to the dealership there were no pictures online yet of the car, just the typed info about it. At my request, Omar was kind enough to step outside to the car and take a few pictures of it for me so I could get a quick look at it. It was a Wednesday when we spoke on the phone and I was originally planning to come out to see it on the very next Saturday but, when I saw the pictures, I knew I had to come the very next day because I was worried that someone else may have a chance to purchase it before I could get out there to see it. Omar explained to me that I could put a $100 deposit on the car to hold it which I did. He was really very nice because he actually had to email me the documents several times; for whatever reason (!!) my email was acting up and I could not receive them on my end. We ended up having him send them to my daughter's email address and they came thru fine (!!!) He held the car for me, I changed my plans and actually came out there the very next day to see the car. It was shining and beautiful and exactly what I had been looking for. We took a test drive, came back to the office and wrote up the paperwork. I had never purchased a car before (by myself). He was great in that he explained everything about the purchasing process and about the financing, etc. He truly put me at ease; he is very knowledgeable and friendly and easy to talk to. At the close of the transaction, I truly felt like I had known him for a long time! He made the whole process of buying this car seem very easy for me. In fact, I have asked him to "keep an eye out" for a vehicle for my daughter! I would say that he is an asset to your corporation and I would recommend him and your dealership to anyone who is in need of a car. I am very happy and would rate my experience 5 Stars !
