I did not expect the customer service or professionalism I got when I went to Hennessy. I am a single mom of two little ones and I was recently discharged from Bankruptcy so my expectations were not high a I got when I went to Hennessy. Either way, I knew that I wanted an SUV and I wanted a 4-cylinder. I researched and priced a couple different models and found the Equinox at Hennessy. I emailed back and forth with Daniel LaFavor for a week before I went to the dealership. I was also trying to obtain financing thru my credit union. I had my children, my sister and her girlfriend with me. Daniel was so personable and knowledgeable about the Equinox. After test driving I was sold and we talked about the financing options. Before I get to long winded, I ultimately went with another vehicle, a Buick Regal CXL, which was an AWESOME decision! I love that car! AND, I was able to get financed at a fair interest rate! Hennessy is amazing and I would purchase with them again and I will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle! More

He was very knowledge able and answered the millions of questions that I had. Chris was extremely professional and courteous. I have two children under two and he didn’t even bat an eye when they started screaming at the top of their lungs during delivery of the vehicle. I had explained that my baby sitter fell thru and he was very understanding and even helped me with the kids. He would laugh with them, make funny faces and even had a full on conversation with my two year old who many people can barely understand. During our OnStar set up Chris was even courteous enough to step out of the vehicle when I was giving them my personal information, which not many sales people do.
