I had experienced a very difficult time in trying to purchase my new vehicle in our local area. So, I decided to reach out and look for other GMC dealers in the state. When I begin searching for a car, as a single woman, I was prepared for the hard sale and usual dealer tricks. I was very pleasantly surprised by the upfront approach and honesty of this dealership. Overall Experience was good. Great salesman, however not happy that I wasn’t able to receive 2 key. I felt that after spending over 8K, the dealer could have provided an additional key. I'm still in need of happy that I wasn’t able to receive 2 key. I felt that after spending over 8K, the dealer could have provided an additional key. I'm still in need of assistance. I'm aware that I can have one made at a Honda Dealer but also feel the car should have came with two. The disappointing think is I only found out after the sale when the key was turned over. With all fairness to Lamont, he offered a place of purchase, which I have yet to be able to contact. I still hope the dealer will resolve this issue. Thanks! Jay Brown More

The car buying experience with Tabitha Harvey was the best I have ever gone through. I did everything through emails and online and Tabitha assured me that there would be no surprises when I arrived at t best I have ever gone through. So I was ready ----- went on the internet and selected two SUV's to look at. I printed out my selections, did my homework, and had my "paperwork" in hand when I got to Hennessey. DIDN'T NEED IT!!! Cecil Jones, courteous and professional, showed me those two ....and added another. He was so patient, letting me test drive and examine each one. Knowledgeable about all three, he answered all my questions and we went inside to "deal". NO PROBLEM THERE.... AGAIN, Cecil proved me wrong. I chose an SUV and we got the paperwork going. It was a busy Saturday and while waiting, Cecil made sure my husband and I were comfortable. He even introduced us to some of the other employees as we waited, including a person from the service department who answered questions. He was there through the whole process - not "handing us off". He actually made it enjoyable. I cannot say enough, so ......Cecil, THANK YOU. More
