It was weird that Hennessy Mazda had lower prices than every other Atlanta area Mazda dealer I looked at, but I figured it I could really save around a thousand dollars by driving the half hour down to Mo every other Atlanta area Mazda dealer I looked at, but I figured it I could really save around a thousand dollars by driving the half hour down to Morrow, it would be worth it. Turns out I could (incidentally I asked how they managed that, and Henry the business manager explained that they're a high-volume dealership, and the pre-owned vehicle sales are so strong that they can offer better deals on the new cars than just about anyone). My buying a new car was a little traumatic in that my previous Mazda was totaled in an accident, but Mark was fantastic in helping me decide on my next Mazda, staying well beyond closing time to help me find the right one (and on his way out, he pointed out that my headlights were set to off instead of auto—oops! that would have been bad). The awesome service and excellent pricing turned what could have been a harrowing experience into something not at all unpleasant. And needless to say, I'm in love with the new car. More

We were pricing Mazda 6's with the three of the Mazda Dealerships on the northside including Case, Mall of Georgia (Hendrick) and Jim Ellis and they all say the same thing when you talk price online...." Dealerships on the northside including Case, Mall of Georgia (Hendrick) and Jim Ellis and they all say the same thing when you talk price online...."Well, drive down here to the dealership and we will talk about your deal". In this day of the internet, I don't want to drive all around town to get pricing. So I did go to the Mall of Georgia Mazda to talk price, they say the classic line of "This is not our best price, so get your price from the other dealerships and bring it here, and we will beat it". Then they brag how many cars they sell. They make online purchase a waste of your time since they never give you a price. Hennessy is different. They are is a further drive south on I-75, but they are far and above any of the other dealerships I mentioned. If you price shop, Hennessy is not afraid to list their discounted Internet pricing online...shocking! I had financing prearranged through Associated Credit before I got to the dealership, but they found even better financing when I was there. I had no trade-in so I don't know how that is, but their website is easy to show an estimate of what they would give for your car and it ties into KBB so there is real world numbers there. My internet sales person was Tabitha Harvey and she is a true professional in a business where the term "professional" is seldom used. She answered emails directly and with real answers. She offered to do the entire transaction online and even deliver my car to me, if I did not want to drive down to Southlake. She is hungry, but in a good way... she has been in the business for over 10 years so she has her name "printed" on her business card, unlike some other dealer sales people who have hand-written business cards because last week they were selling TV's and next week they may be selling carpet. So now the deal is done and we are enjoying the new Mazda Six...and I also enjoy when the other dealers call asking if we have made a purchase...and just letting them have it. I just got off the phone with Mall of Georgia Mazda (Hendrick) and I swear, they say the same thing... "We would have beat that deal"...and then brag how many cars they sell! Hennessy is a top-notch dealership with class that goes against the image of auto dealers. They have multiple dealerships around town, so I cannot speak for all of them, but the Southlake store has earned my business, both now and in the future. And if the drive south seems like a long way to go...consider this...when you buy a new car, are you really in a hurry to get home? Don't you want to drive a little? Well that "long" drive home was one of the best drives ever...thanks Hennessy and Tabitha. More
