Mr. Bernard worked wonders that I didn't think was possible. I returned a car that I had purchased two weeks earlier, but it was to small and I came back in. We got off to a rocky start, I came in, test drove, and started paperwork on a vehicle that was already sold. I was very disappointed. Ron assured me he would find another vehicle for me. A week later he called with a truck that was even better than the first. My buying experience went very smoothly and they even gave me a few discounts to make up for the earlier trouble. This by far has been the worst experience buying a car ever. Originally the service started off great. I inquired about the Mazda CX5 via the internet and received a prompt response from Markus Bryant. He ever. Originally the service started off great. I inquired about the Mazda CX5 via the internet and received a prompt response from Markus Bryant. He was able to provide a great price for the car and features that I desired. The day of that I went in January 18th, 2014 he was unavailable to assist me therefore I was assisted by Mark Cooper. He provided me with excellent service, knew the product and showed me all the features. After test driving and sitting with the Finance Manager Mr. Horne to finalize the sale Mark noticed that the second key, the owners manual and front plate brackets were missing from the car. He assured me that I would receive these items by Monday or Tuesday of the following week because their service department was closed for the day. This did not happen, I followed up with Mark Wednesday to check the status on the items. He advised that the order had been placed and that as soon as they came in he would contact me. I was then contacted on January 27th, 2014 and advised that someone would pick my car up on January 28th, 2014 to program the key. On January 28th my car was picked up and the 2nd key and manual was provided. The front plate brackets still had not been received. I followed up with Markus because Mark was not in the office and Markus was utterly rude, did not listen to the question that I was asking before making his response which had nothing to do with the nature of my call. I had to ask for a manager several times before he transferred me back to a receptionist. I then spoke with Chris Chandler who made an attempt to rectify the issue. He advised that he would follow up with me regarding my question concerning the front plate brackets which I was misinformed that they do not automatically come with the vehicle. The lack of customer service continued when I contacted the dealer on February 15, 2014 due to non reciept of license plate - I spoke with the tag & title clerk whom stated that she sent the information in for processing on February 11th, 2014 and it reflects in the County's office as pending. My question to her is why would something be submitted 6 days before it is due to expire which in turn would not provide the County's Tag office enough time to receive and mail out the plate/tags. This was not answered, but yet I was told that I would have to deal with the County's Tag office as the dealership did their part. I contacted the County's Tag Office February 17th and they advised that the dealer never paid for the Tag or the Plate and that is why it was never sent. This is an extreme example of poor customer service and no one at the dealer has returned my calls or contacted me to make some form of an apology for the inconvenience that this is causing me. I now have to take time off from work to go into the Tag Office pay an additional fee for something that was paid for at the time of purchase in order to not receive a traffic ticket for expired tags. More

Everything we experienced from the time we arrived through the purchase was easy. We got an appraisal on our 2 cars with one of them being "sight unseen". They were both valued at what we had expect through the purchase was easy. We got an appraisal on our 2 cars with one of them being "sight unseen". They were both valued at what we had expected them to be, so there was no need for us to haggle over trade-in value. The price of the vehicle we wanted to purchase was already very reasonable, so no need to haggle there, either. Since the dealership was about 50 miles away and we didn't have our second trade-in with us, Mike brought the paperwork to our home to make the purchase happen and picked up our trades. Financing had been handled over the phone prior to his arrival, so all paperwork was completed when he came to visit. It can't get much easier than that! The only thing that was difficult after the sale was getting a second set of keys. We finally got them about 2 weeks+ after buying the car. More

I had already decided on the car I wanted, so we really only had to discuss the price. He was very thorough, detailed, and patient. He got me the price I wanted for my trade as well for my new mazda. I could not recommend Mark and Hennesey Mazda more. More
