This was important as I needed to come over with my wife and 2 small children in order to test drive the car to make sure it fit our needs. I did not want a wasted trip. Tabitha was terrific with my girls and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She is a straight shooter and did a great job. I walked out with a new Mazda 5 and cannot be happier. Well first let me tell you that Mike drove the car to us, to check out. 23 miles. Now my wife is disabled, but not sure that was the point. He was willing to drive the car to us before he knew that. The dealership was a five hour drive for me but well worth the time and effort. Everything was ready when I arrived and I highly recommend my salesman, Mike Novotny. I can say I was little apprehensive about doing everything on online but there were no problems or last minute haggling. The deal I made online is the deal I received at the dealership. More

The receptionist was exceptional in the way she handled the incoming calls, then managed my interruptions, she, then paged and directed us to Mr. Lockin's office. Sitting with Mr. Lockin and observing his professional demeanor was such a positive experience as I reflected upon my experience as a trainer while working 10 years with the GM Marketing and Educational Services. Mr. Scott was also professional and impressively efficient as he processed our paperwork . . . not to mention his presentation of the benefits of purchasing insurance coverage. Subsequent phone calls the following days were valuable and appreciated because the purchase of a "new" vehicle - after 10+ years of driving a Chrysler - was not simple. The overall service we received was OK to good. The sales person was friendly and professional, although we were not introduced to the service manager. We also did not go over the vehicle owner manuals, spec person was friendly and professional, although we were not introduced to the service manager. The Finace Manager did not offer to find us a lower interest rate for financing the car we purchased after I decided to finance it in my name only. He also wasn't very personable. I probably would not have bought the car from this dealership based on our experience. It wasn't a bad experience but also nothing to boast about. I am not sure if I would recommend this dealership to anyone, yet. Time will tell as we experience the service department. More

This was a great car buying experience! I used a 3rd party service to get pricing on new Mazda 3's, and Ron Geraci was the only person to reply promptly and in the manner I requested. I am not available to take phone calls 12 hours a day because so I requested that I be contacted via email with pricing on several models - he did exactly as I asked while other dealers promptly called me over and over. This process started early to mid December, and Ron was able to accomodate my very busy holiday schedule to get me in to test drive and get financing squared away. The whole process was easy and painless, and the price was good! I would highly recommend Ron to anyone I know looking to buy a new car! More
