Treated like family. We have utilized Hennessy of Southlake many times, but this last time was extra special. We were able to meet with every sales staff, but the first contact was through the inter Southlake many times, but this last time was extra special. He was able to answer several questions before we even made the drive to Morrow. Made an appointment to look at the vehicle and Mark was busy with several other customers so we were fortunate to meet Daniel LaFavor. Before we ever made a test drive Danny showed us every feature of the Infiniti QX56 that took an extra 30 minutes and this was unique to car sales we were used to experience. Usually you are not shown features until you drive away. Danny had us drive several different directions and areas to get a perspective of what this vehicle could perform. This was also an extra feature we had never had when purchasing a vehicle. This buying experience was fun and NO pressure. Hennessy has so many beautiful vehicles, we actually test drove a couple other vehicles even though we were sold on the Infinity. Like we said, we were treated like family.
