Renee Scott was also very open in explaining any questions we had during our signing of the contract. I looked at other dealers and some were okay, but I was shocked that even close to closing we were still greeted on the lot. This is what brought me to return a day later. I highly appreciated Roy's patience to show us a couple of cars in the late evening and cold weather that night. When I arrived I was immediately assisted but not in a overpowering way. I was asked what I was looking for and directed to an SUV that would give me what I desired. I had never considered a Mazda in my car search but I instantly fell in love with the ride & the price. The entire process was smooth. I was explained what the steps were and what all had to be covered to purchase the CX5 & meet Mazda new car purchase requirements. I thank Hennessy for making my new car purchase after 14 years as painless as possible. More

I started working with James Reyes, I believe that was his name but any way he was very helpful showing me the Verano and Mazda6. I liked both cars and was impressed by the quality of the cars. I told James I was just looking weighing my options. He never pressured me and was very friendly. I came back a week later looking for Jame but was told he was in a two class so Kevin Rainey started working with me. He also was very friendly and helpful. He told us we should be able to purchase a new car and to pick out what we liked. We chose a 2013 Buick Lacrosse. Ron Geraci inserviced my wife and myself over all the aspects of the Lacrosse and answered all our questions. Over all my experience with Hennessey was a great one. I will be a life long customer from now on. Great cars, great staff, great atmosphere, great service. More

At no point in time did I ever feel as though I was just another number. Never did I feel as though I was just waiting around for paperwork to be completed. I needed to get a repair quote from the Mazda service department, and being a "Mid-morning" weekday they were quite busy. Remembering my sales representative's name (Ron Geraci), I placed a call to him department, and being a "Mid-morning" weekday they were quite busy. Remembering my sales representative's name (Ron Geraci), I placed a call to him personally to see if he could help. My car is an '09 Mazda 3, so it has been 4 yrs since I bought it. Hennessy always does my service work, but I don't often bump into Ron in sales. In short, aside from the actual purchase of the car, we've run accross each other and had brief conversations maybe 3 times in the last 4 yrs. Well, when he answered the phone and I began to tell him who I was, he said " Yeah, the Mazda 3 guy.....sure I remember you"......Amazing recall. He was eager to help, and I had a return call from the service department withing 10 mins. AND, another call back from him about 15 mins after that, to make sure I was given assistance. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE !!!! Isn't it a shame more businesses don't operate in this fashion. Well, it's Monday morning, and I'm on my way in to get my repairs. Thanks a lot, Ron. More
We love our "new" 2012 Ford Expedition EL XLT! We previously owned an 2003 Ford Expedition and enjoy all of the extra space of our newer one.
