Chris went the extra mile to get the details of the trim level we wanted and called me back within 24 hours and sent photos and pricing details via email. The followup was personal and Chris wanted to be sure that the model trim level was what we were looking for and even called me the following day to checkin. This dealership went above and beyond not only in price but also offered to deliver the vehicle to us as my wife is recovering from knee surgery and travelling 4 hours was something we could not do at this time. The vehicle was delivered to our home by a seasoned sale professional who went over every detail of the car and paperwork. When I talked to another dealership that is much closer to where I live, they said it was impossible to sell the car for that price and must be a game. The salesman at the other dealership tried to put a lot of fear into me so I wouldn't go somewhere else. When someone tries to put a lot of fear on you, ALWAYS go the other way! I did and it was the best experience ever! Well worth the drive! Chris Moore and Markus Bryant were great to deal with. They answered all my questions and were true to their word on everything they said. They found the car I wanted (colors, model, everything!) and had the it ready and up front waiting for me when I got to the dealership. (It had to be shipped in) They didn't charge me any extra fees to have it brought in which usually costs about $800-$900. I also received an extra discount for Mazda loyalty (my last car was a Mazda 2000 Protege which I had for 15 years and the one before that was Mazda 323 which I had for 10 years! Great cars!) All the employees at the dealership were genuinely friendly and took great care of all the customers there. It was by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with (including going with friends or family thru the years to get their new cars).
