Poor customer service/ follow-up, I purchased a 2015 Suburban in February. When I went to sign the paperwork, they had the sale price incorrect from what Todd Menefee had told me on I purchased a 2015 Suburban in February. When I went to sign the paperwork, they had the sale price incorrect from what Todd Menefee had told me on the phone. After back and forth conversation, Todd Menefee realized he was the person that gave me the price. He had to redo all the paperwork. He then asked me if I wanted to purchase an extended warranty. I said yes, my husband asked what was covered and Todd Menefee stated it was "Bumper to Bumper". I purchased the warranty for over $2000. As I drove the suv home, I felt it moved to much going over the speed bumps in our neighborhood and I heard a small noise. I had my husband take it back to the dealership and they said they didn't hear anything and that was how it drove. I took my truck back to Hennessey and to the Chevrolet dealership in Buford. They both said they could not hear the noise. Finally after 3 1/2 months, the noise was constant. I took it back to Buford, ga and the service manager was able to hear the noise. After 3 1/2 months it was concluded that my struts were bad and there was a leak. The warranty company says it is not covered under warranty and Hennessey refuses to do anything about it. Todd Menefee now has amnesia and doesn't recall stating the warranty was bumper to bumper. The dealership claims the struts are bad, but the warranty company said they are shock absorbers which are not covered under warranty. The struts were discontinued 6/2/17 and replaced with shock absorbers. (Great for the warranty company since they don't cover shock absorbers). Hennessey will not return calls, will not fix the vehicle themselves, will not provide the service report. Very poor customer service. More

This allowed our sales consultant Marques Griffith to spend more time with us focusing on 2-3 cars only and giving us what we thought were honest, informative tips. He was very friendly, patient and courteous. We ended up buying a very nice car, which we are enjoying very much. The dealership is comfortable and clean. We were offered lunch and refreshments and the whole buying experience proceeded smoothly. Kudos for Marques and Hennessy of Southlake. More

Dante is very knowledgeable about vehicle, very pleasant and went beyond what you expect by going the extra distance by having vehicle detailed on our car and having minor repairs performed on my son's car. You don't get this type of service when u purchase used cars as is. My family and I are completely satisfied with our purchase from Hennessy. If you need new or used car ask for Dante Bradford. More

Damon worked with us and found us exactly what we were looking for, all while providing us with efficient and friendly service. He was very professional but personable, and was very considerate of our circumstance and needs. Otto worked with us on the financing end, and our experience was equally pleasant with him. He really worked hard to get us the best rate possible even when we didn't expect to be eligible for anything greater. He was able to provide us with a plan that fit our needs and budget better than we had expected. He too, was very personable and very enjoyable to work with. We were so grateful and so impressed with the service of Damon, Otto, and this dealership that we would recommend it to anyone! More

I had been putting off shopping for a car based on past experiences that were not very pleasant and left me stressed and frustrated. I hate haggling over the price and going back and forth. At Hennessy of Southlake the first person to approach me and my husband was Gerren Terrell. I told Gerren what car I wanted, how I felt about haggling and to give me his best price. He listened and worked with us. We did comparison shop but Hennessy had the best price and a few days later I drove out with my new Verano. It was a very easy and pleasant buying experience. The service has also been top notch and Gerren could not have been more helpful. We were so pleased that a few weeks ago my husband worked with Gerren to purchase his new car, a new LaCrosse. Thanks to Hennessy of Southlake and Gerren Terrell. More
