I ended up purchasing from another dealership, who communicated my concerns expeditously. I drove 230 miles to purchase a 2015 Mercedes, in large part, because, I couldnt get a straight answer. It seemed as if my questions were ignored...and, I kept getting emails stating "your vehicle is ready!" Honestly, no kidding. Why wouldn't it be ready? It's a sale open to the general public. Ridiculously stupid. Also, my Audi that I was trading in, was "free and clear" and I'd be putting the entire $28,000 down on the vehicle. More
