Kevin answered all of my questions and was respectful to me. During the sales process, he offered to throw in some car mats which I forgot about. Two days after I purchased the vehicle I reached out to him about that issue. He boxed them up and shipped the floor mats out to me at no charge and threw in a copy of the car fax.
