Can be frustrating i would recommend this dealership to others. They did work hard to get me a better rate than my bank but if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't h i would recommend this dealership to others. They did work hard to get me a better rate than my bank but if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't have sat there for 5 1/2 hours like I did Monday. I already had my own financing and after trying to beat it they came to me and said they couldn't. It was rather frustrating at that point. I have to give them a thumbs up on the kid friendly atmosphere and this totally saved us for about 4 hours but they grew tired of being there. I would recommend that if you already have your own financing to stress to them this and don't bend. I guarantee you will leave there not feeling like they were trying to wear you down and with a smile on your face. I will say that it wasn't the salesman's fault, he was very apologetic. I think it's just the way the dealerships program works and he was just following procedure. More
