Worst customer I've ever experienced! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I visited this dealership to purchase to 2015 chevy tahoe w/ a trade in. I was told the value of th I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I visited this dealership to purchase to 2015 chevy tahoe w/ a trade in. I was told the value of the trade in came in low because of a sensor light. I was told to get my car serviced, which will add $1200 to $2000 on the trade, then return. I returned only to receive $500! I was told a different mechanic who appraised it initially was off. BAD BUSINESS!! Also, the sales rep mentioned that the light and manufacture defective seat would be repaired prior to leaving. That didn't happen. Only the light was repaired. I completely forgot about the seat due to the back and forth about the trade in. However, Mr Simmons sat in the back seat during the test drive. I guess he didn't see it, although it was the 1st thing he mentioned when showing the vehicle. "Buy as is" right????? I didn't even bother to call back. I felt like a number not a client. Im in the a sales position as well and would never let a client leave feeling as such. Your word is your bond. Hennessy didn't make their word "good". I felt I wasn't serviced with respect for the fact that the vehicle was going to sale regardless. Yes the price was great, however the trade in value explanation was absurd. After taking the tahoe to a local dealer, the quoted me $300 to repair the seat. AGAIN BAD BUSINESS! I would hope that Hennessey will make this right, not with a generated email saying thank you for your business. More

But when I decided on 0% finance at the time of sale, he turned around and added 1000 to the price and gave a very weird explanation for it. didn't want to argue at that point, but not exactly the "guarantee" that I was promised. if you advertise 0% finance, you can't then add more money onto the TrueCar quote. I would probably not recommend Hennessey b/c I am not sure I trust what they say. More
