We are sorry that your experience was not 100% positive and I can understand your frustration. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and after I read your complaint and investigated this matter myself. After talking with the sales person and manager I want to apologize for the situation at hand. From my understanding it did in fact take over 20 minutes to provide the vehicle you were interested in. We have such a large inventory and our vehicles are stored at 3 locations and this unit was at one of these locations. I agree that someone should have let you know that this was taking place. As for the salesperson complaining to his co-workers was actually not as it appeared. The co-worker was actually the assistant used car manager that was reprimanding him for taking so long to locate a vehicle and the way he handled the situation.
