We apologize for your experience here at Hennessy falling short of being 100% positive. I want to apologize for mistaking the manual to the radio for being the manual to the vehicle. If the manual is not in the vehicle we do not provide one. We have signs posted at every desk letting all of our customers know that we do not provide spare keys, owners manuals and/or factory floor mats unless they came with the vehicle when we purchased it. We also do not fill up used vehicles with fuel. We have put this policy into effect to enable us to being able to provide the best used car pricing within 250 miles of this dealership.

First Time Buyer responded

The manual part wasn't a big issue. If you're selling a car you should what's in it inside and out so it doesn't make you look like you're just rushing for a sale. The worst part of all of this was that I was sold a warranty with Ally and received an email from Hennessey about maintenance since I've had the car for 6 months and you guys don't even work on Smart Cars. A start would be to take me off the email list since you can't even work on my car. I needed something crucial with my air conditioner fixed and was pretty much denied by Mr. Allen over at the service center. He couldn't even find the port for the computer diagnostic. Took a local mechanic I go to no time at all. Luckily Mercedes of Buckhead is handling everything since they actually work on Smart Card and they were just awesome from start to finish. Sometimes you just mess up on customers and it happens. Rest assured I will not be coming there again. Just know what you're getting into before you even begin to sell a car and please stop rushing people out to make your commission.
