Greatest experience ever!!! My daughter and I have been looking for a Highlander for my daughter to drive. We test drove a couple of Highlanders in Auburn where we live. I researched on the internet and found a Highlander exactly what we were looking for, a 2013, low mileage and a good price. I contacted your dealership and was lucky to be put in contact with Marvin Freightman. I have never dealt with a dealer that was so honest and went beyond the call of duty. If I called him with a question and he was not available he would get back very promptly with me. We came up with a price for a trade and a purchase over the phone that was in the ballpark for me to drive to Atlanta. Once I got to Atlanta I was greeted very professionally by many employees offering to help (not being pushy) I told Marvin we need to work on the figure just a bit and he stepped away and it was done. No going back and forth with the Manager. The one outstanding performance that Marvin did for me was to touchup the scratch on the SUV before I had time to request that to be done. It definitely was worth it! My first encounter was with Ron. I actually felt like I was being taken seriously despite being a young adult. (unlike the first dealership I visited) Ron was very helpful and informative and continued to follow up and assist me throughout the weeks after while I decided what I was going to do. My second encounter with the dealership was with Mark Cooper to begin the process of getting a new vehicle. He was very clear with the numbers and helpful even though my situation was confusing since I am a Wisconsin resident. He did have a lot of customers that day as he was helping out other employees, but he still managed to give us enough attention as valued customers. The whole process took a little longer than anticipated but overall I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service of Hennessy. More

Good prices, but not a great buying experience I choose this dealer after searching for weeks for a used Ford Explorer. Hennessy had the best price by far when compared to other local dealers. I I choose this dealer after searching for weeks for a used Ford Explorer. Hennessy had the best price by far when compared to other local dealers. I was disappointed in the amount offered for my trade-in so we choose to sell the vehicle to another local dealership nearby which offered $3000 more for my car. When I returned to Hennessy to purchase the Ford Explorer my salesman worked with me in negotiating price and down payment; however, when it came time to sign the finance paperwork I found they had it written up at $500 more than we agreed for the selling price. After pointing this out the paperwork was adjusted (only after manager approval and a longer waiting time) My salesman was attentive to my requests and worked to have a repair done to the windshield without requiring us to travel back to the dealership which was 2 hours away from our home which we appreciated. I was let down when I realized the vehicle I was purchasing was not cleaned before we left and they do not offer to add gasoline in order to keep inventory prices low. The time for the paperwork to be completed and signed was over an hour so there was no time for the salesman to review the features of the vehicle with us prior to leaving (which was closing time). Anyone purchasing a used vehicle from here should do a thorough inspection inside and out to have dealer address any issues they find. After I arrived home I realized the windshield wipers needed replacing, there was a nail in one back tire, one back seat belt had to be repaired, and the molding on driver's side door was coming off. All minor fixes but things I would have expected the dealer to address before putting it on their sales lot. Overall I was not "wowed" by my buying experience but left with a vehicle I am happy with. More
