I saw the vehicle on the internet the evening before and found that this dealer had it in stock. I filled out the 4 line interest form and was called the next day by Chris Brown, one of the salespersons, who told me he had it and it was cleaned, gassed and ready to go. I arrived that evening, met Chris and we got down to business. I drove out in my new GMC Sierra 1500 an hour and 15 mins later! For me that was great! More

I did some ground work before bringing her to Hennessy which included test driving a CX w/ Ron. Finally a car sales person I felt trustworthy. As we drove away in our new Mazda even my wife commented that that was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Ron explained everything and was great to deal with. I would buy another car from Ron and that is saying a lot. Once we picked out the car, Ron had us in and out of the dealership fast though we never felt rushed at all. Oh, delivery detailing was wonderful too! More

UBER EXPERIENCE I'm so very upset, i'm new to the uber thing, but i came to this dealership based on a friend who drives uber, i called several times before a young l I'm so very upset, i'm new to the uber thing, but i came to this dealership based on a friend who drives uber, i called several times before a young lady named Terrie called me back, this young lady is totally awesome, her customer service is spot on. i give her 5 stars, she is Palmer's assistance. I have not had my car a 2015 Hyundai Elantra for 24 hours the radio does not work Terrie attempted to help to get it fixed on yesterday, she took it to a guy named Leon who really didnt want to help, she asked me if i could bring back today, ok i brought the car back. Explained to the Palmer person what was happening, Terrie took the car to their service dept, she came back apologized for the inconvenience offered me a possible uber ride back to work (my real job), the Palmer person stated that i could not get a ride to and from work to get the car, the radio is on LOUD, i cant drive uber with a LOUD radio, i have no recourse, i will tell everyone the awful lack of customer service i had. More
