Even though we knew he was ready to get a car in his name, we really were not sure how that would go; especially considering that we were 2+ hours away from this dealership. He began the process of communicating with the salesman (Hung Nguyen) late Friday afternoon. The salesman asked him to be strait up about what he could do and he did. He really had no down payment but he was sure he could afford up to $400.00 a month, possibly $415.00. Again, his mother and I were skeptical but we waited to see what would happen. As would be expected, the deal started a little higher than He was comfortable doing, but the sales man and the Finance guy continued the process via text on Saturday morning. Finally, late Saturday afternoon the numbers fell into place and, knowing that the dealership would close at 6 pm, we got together all the necessary paperwork and made insurance arrangements and hit the road; still with low expectations but willing to help our son learn through this experience. To our amazement, this deal, that was mostly handled via text between this salesman and our young....extremely excited son went off without a hitch. We arrived at the dealership 15 mins before closing time and the car was sitting by the door. We expected delays....but there were none. We expected "unexpected costs"...but there were none. The payment was exactly as they had said it would be and the was exactly as it was portrayed on the internet. Thank you Hung and Alto! We will be back when the need arises again and in the mean time we will recommend Hennessy to all our friends! More

I looked and told him that I will be back that Saturday. He didn't hassled me or made me feel like I need to by it right then. Other dealerships get mad because a customer wouldn't buy right then. I prayed about and drove back to Morrow, Ga to purchase my dream vehicle. The vehicles are much cheaper than Columbus. I really appreciate you for answering the call and selling me my vehicle.
