My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Black Label Lincoln Navigator, drawn to its striking black-on-white color scheme. Based on photos shown online and in person—and confirmation from the sales representative—we believed the vehicle featured a factory black finish. We were informed this was a unique and uncommon configuration that typically sells quickly. However, upon returning home and viewing the vehicle from our balcony, we noticed a white spot on the roof we initially assumed was the antenna. Further inspection revealed that the roof, spoiler, and other "black" elements were actually wrapped, not painted. This came as a surprise and was not communicated during the sales process. For over a month now, we've received repeated promises from the sales representative and sales manager that a solution would be provided. Unfortunately, no actions have been taken. In addition to the wrap issue, the driver’s side window tint is already peeling—a disappointing quality issue considering the vehicle was sold as “Lincoln Certified.” We spent months deliberating between the 2024 Escalade and the Navigator and ultimately chose Lincoln for its twin-turbo V6 engine and superior interior comfort. Upon delivery, we discovered a few interior issues, including a broken cover in the wireless charging compartment. Thankfully, that was addressed promptly. However, additional concerns have surfaced post-sale: The driver’s side door panel has visible puncture marks in a location not immediately noticeable at purchase. A cigarette burn between the passenger seat cushions, only visible when the cushions are separated. While we understand that purchasing a pre-owned vehicle may come with minor blemishes, we were reassured by our sales rep that all concerns—including these interior flaws and the exterior wrap—would be resolved. To date, no progress has been made. Ultimately, our experience with this dealership has fallen well below the standard of excellence we expected from the Lincoln brand. The level of service we’ve received is unfortunately reminiscent of a much lower-tier dealership—certainly not what one anticipates from a luxury certified dealer. This is not the type of service I should have gotten with a $90,000 Truck. Unacceptable. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone that I know. More
