I had to take the car in to address 3 recalls and provide a maintenance service. It was thought that the car would be in the shop for 3 days thus a loaner was provided. I took the vehicle in Monday morning a maintenance service. It was thought that the car would be in the shop for 3 days thus a loaner was provided. I took the vehicle in Monday morning and by 3:30 pm was contacted that all services and inspections had been completed. Excellent. Austin Dunn was my service supervisor and the best part is he didn’t solicit me to provide a “great” review (hate that). He was always professional and kind (appreciate that!) and worked hard to have my services completed well and he walked me to my vehicle. Thanks! More
