Respectfully, if the review of my recent visit is actually concerning, it may be time to evaluate the businesses practices of your dealership. Why advertise a used car at a specific price, and then insult a customer who wants to buy it at that price? We didn’t ask for a discount! We just wanted to pay the advertised price of the car. As info, all the other dealers are NOT doing that. We just purchased a Honda at another dealership, and were not charged thousands of dollars in unadvertised fees.
