In just 4 years this dealership has replaced the same window regulator FOUR different times, stating it's just "wear and tear"! They replaced my engine at a cost of $10,500 and just 20,000 miles later a window regulator FOUR different times, stating it's just "wear and tear"! They replaced my engine at a cost of $10,500 and just 20,000 miles later all the engine seals were leaking and needed to be replaced at a cost of $2500, simply saying that these seals just wear out after "a while"!! Only 20,000 miles after a new engine had been installed? This dealership also damaged a power steering hose but denied it was their fault, they said it "just fell apart" while they were doing other repairs, I had to pay for the replaced power steering hose. Another time they damaged an air intake unit and put it together with silver duct tape, I noticed this and the service manager had this part replaced at no cost. When my vehicle goes in for a mechanical fault it can take up to an entire MONTH for the car to be ready. My advice would be to stay away from this dealership. While Land Rover vehicles are well know to be mechanically faulty, this dealership makes the ownership experience much worse. More
