Easy Breezy I walked into the dealership not knowing I would make a purchase on the same day. I was familiar with the dealership because I'd taken my previous vehicle there for service. However, I'd never been on the sales side. I walked in and met King right away. The rest was history. He was knowledgeable about the model I wanted vs the model I'd previously owned. He was also easy to talk to and negotiate with. A straight shooter which, I appreciated. Everything he said would happen, happened and that is very important to me when making any purchase. I'm a Lexus fan for life and Hennessey will get all of my business if the customer service remains top notch. I'll definitely refer everyone to the dealership and King. More

When it arrived I went up to the Dealership and he gave me world class customer service....showing me how everything worked and programmed the Bluetooth for me. I don't know what it is about car dealerships but I don't always trust them. I trust King Hardy and feels that he always get me the best deal and advice on which car to purchase. I have purchased atleast 5 Lexus from him. I will ONLY go through him because he has built a solid customer relationship with me. The Perfect Car Buying Experience During my search for a nice German SUV,a Porsche Cayenne Turbo popped up on the radar at Hennessey Lexus. A bit far away for a purchase from Southcent During my search for a nice German SUV,a Porsche Cayenne Turbo popped up on the radar at Hennessey Lexus. A bit far away for a purchase from Southcentral Pennsylvania but nonetheless worth investigating. I contacted Hennessey and was connected to King Hardy. King was not aware of the new trade they took in but asked if he could check the availability and return my call in 10 minutes. No problem at all and like clockwork, he called back in 10 minutes and the dialogue began. King was extremely patient with me and did not hesitate to get answers to some of the questions I had. Within a short period we had agreed to make the purchase. There was some time needed at Hennessey to prep the car for me to take ownership (detailing, thorough inspection, etc.) but that worked well with me having to make travel arrangements. I purchased an airline ticket to Atlanta and took the MARTA train to the Chamblee Station where a representative from Hennessey picked me up and brought me to the Dealership. I was greeted by King and introduced to the vehicle. He had everything in order for me prior to arrival and we went for a test drive. The car was exactly as he had described it, no details left out. I couldn't be happier with the transparency of King and Hennessey Lexus. IMO, King was a real "Georgia Peach" to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He and the dealership showed me true Southern Hospitatlity... Fine job by Hennessey Lexus and hats off to a superb sales representative (King Hardy)!!! More

I felt no pressure to purchase the day I went I picked up my first Lexus from Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta and had the pleasure to work with King Hardy. Mr. Hardy gave me his undivided attention and taught me about different advantages of the different model SUV's I was interested in it purchasing. We test drove a few select models and compared the two vehicles. During the purchase, I got pulled away due to a work issue. Mr. Hardy and I scheduled a meeting for a few days later to give me the walkthrough experience with my SUV that I couldn't have the day I purchased. He spent time with me teaching me about all the features I had questions about. There was never any rush or a moment that I didn't feel like his top priority. I can't say enough good things about my experience with the dealership or Mr. Hardy. More
