There as no high pressure sales and he worked with us on little details to make our experience the best. Tom stayed late to make sure our deal is secure, we then worked with ... Peter Cassano - to finish our sales paperwork. Peter is friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. He stayed late to make sure we knew how to operate the vehicle and even moved his car outside the gate after the dealership closed to help us get set up. He showed us how to use the systems (Nav / phone, etc.) in the vehicle and even programmed in a restuarant for dinner - this was wonderful. We were very impressed. Adrienne Briant - worked with us in the finance department and made sure all of our questions were answered and that we understood our financing. She was able to work our interest rate through Lexus Finanical to get the best rate possible. Dinner suggestion and such a sweet and professional disposition made this a financial experience we won't soon forget. We do not trade vehicles often (8-10 yrs) and my last purchase was from Hennessy Jaguar and was treated with the same courtesy and friendliness. This made me chose another Hennessy dealership when I was ready for my next purchase.
