Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta

I was looking for a RCF and located one at this dealership. After multiple Texts, with the salesperson and an internet manager (I assume), it was clear this dealership isn't interested in relations dealership. After multiple Texts, with the salesperson and an internet manager (I assume), it was clear this dealership isn't interested in relationship building or making a fair deal on their vehicle. I asked for the invoice for the vehicle, (5) times that I can tell, which is always where I start a purchase for a new car. Mind you NEVER did I say I wanted the car at invoice. These are challenging times and wouldn't think of cutting out some profit for the dealer. However, this MSRP plus market adjustment crap has played out long enough. These same dealers will be laying people off in short order. I can only imagine this is a top down issue at this dealer. As most ppl who drive or own higher end vehicles we want all of the facts before we make our offer. Hennessey takes that off the table. While their staff seems reasonable, the negotiation room and meeting simple requests seem to challenge them. It is unfortunate that they feel their vehicle is worth loosing a potential customer, believe me they will sell that vehicle to someone, will not be me and hopefully not any other educated consumer. I always try to be fair, a reasonable person has to assume there has to be profit in order for them to be there to service or aid me in the future. I also know that these dealers that okay the MSRP plus market adjustment game are going on lists all over social media. Hennessey will be there very shortly! More
