I’ve purchased many cars in my life. However, this was my BEST experience. I purchased a vehicle at another dealership and I wasn’t happy with the vehicle for personal reasons. I called around to a few dealerships and receive no assistance. I decided to phone this dealership. I was immediately given the wonderful Mr. Charles as my salesperson. He immediately made my issues his issues. He started working with the finance director Rich. Keep in mind I reside in NC. I wanted a GX 550 Luxury; however, there are non available to purchase. He was transparent the entire time. He offered some reasonable solutions (RX and TX). I viewed those but wasn’t to thrill. I wanted something less common and sporty. I then inquired about the LX 700H. He checked his inventory and one was still pending programming. I asked for additional pictures and he forward a video IMMEDIATELY! Love at first sight! He started working with the Rich (finance). Rich worked with LFS. The magic began. Mind you, I had some challenges my location, negative equity, and numbers. The cancellations of the previous warranties and offer on my old/new car worked all in my favor! Thank you GOD! I would highly recommend these two. Their level of patience, customer service, resolution mentality and knowledge on the Lexus brand is superb! They didn’t treat me funny because I was out of their market. I was treated like local customer. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by my salesperson (Charles Washington). Signed my documents with Rich. All done. Nope! Charles and Rich placed me in the wonderful hands of Meghan. Meghan is extremely knowledgeable of the Lexus brand. She assisted me in customizing my vehicle to my personal preferences. She walked me through step by step (mirrors, height adjustments, light preferences, safety settings) til completion. She answered every question. She watched me compete the steps to ensure I was doing them correctly. She has the patience of a teacher (she was once). Her guidance and the adaptation to assist you based on your learning preference works perfectly. I would highly recommend this dealership in its entirety! I’m a customer for life! Hands down this is my best experience ever! It felt good to be welcomed and appreciated as a person and not a number! More
Went there on Saturday to find a vehicle for my mother in law, Carter Fields, Joe Ball, and the rest of the team were excellent. This dealership did not disclose damage that we later discovered on the vehicle we purchased from them. Then they refused to discuss the matter with us so that we could get the issue resolved. When we would call or email, they said they would get back to us and then never responded. Buyer beware of this dealership! Shady business practices happen here, and according to Indeed, it’s not a good place to work. I won’t support a business who lies to their customers in order to make a buck, and also treats their employees poorly! More

I had the pleasure of working with Lee and Dylan in my search for a new vehicle. The level of customer service they provided was top tier. Lee was prompt, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Even when I decided to go for another model towards the end of the visit she quickly worked to provide me with the color and model and allowed me to test drive. She introduced us to Dylan who was very personable, not pushy or trying to pitch a sales. He was more interested in my experience and making sure that all my questions were answered. He also gave a great recommendation for a 5 star Mexican restaurant. If you are looking for an upscale, but personable and people friendly environment to look for a vehicle Hennessy Lexus is the place. We were out of town and looking for a specific car and their website had it in stock. We called and talked with Mike Harris and he wasted no time getting the info we needed and assisting us get a deposit their website had it in stock. From there he kept in touch, sent us info, lobbied for us to be able to pick up when we were coming to visit, and handled everything as best as we could have hoped for! He also connected us with Rich Mahoney who was also very helpful. Svetlana Jorgensen was our technology delivery specialist who also took us right up until closing helping us get the car setup and understanding important details of the new car. The rating should be in the negative. I found a RX 500h on their website. I have access to True Car pricing through my Amex and Navy Federal accounts. True Car immediately sends the dealership the price and my contact information. There are no surprises on my end or the dealership. If they did not want to honor the price, the dealership should not have reached out to me. Hussein Ahmadu reached out to me for a test drive. I told him that I would come out if he honored the True Car price, let me use my own financing, and that they not try to up sale me the warranties. We agreed. Turns out, the car was not available and it already had a deposit on it (First red flag). He says but i have a white car that is similar. I was clear that I am only interested in Black on Black. Why invite me to test drive a car that is not what I want? A week or so later, the dealership reached out to me because the black car was available again (Second red flag). I drove to Duluth from the Peachtree City area ready to purchase the car. The finance manger, Dillion (acts as if he is slicker than slime) brings out pricing that is almost $10,000 more than the True Car price. I said no. He says the True Car offer is expired (It was not! The expiration date is 9/19/2024). Then, he says I only have one and can’t match the price. If I had ten, I could match the True Car price. Some car dealerships think that consumers, especially women when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, are dumb and desperate. I am neither. I can fly to Tampa and purchase a a car with more upgrades for almost $5,000 less than what Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett was offering. In addition, they tried to lowball me on my trade-in. I then informed them that I had an offer from CarMax and I would sale it to them or keep my car as a second car. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN HONEST DEALERSHIP, IT’S DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE! More
