After a Las Vegas dealer (where I live) pulled the infamous "bait and switch" on a 20% off blue Encore, I contacted Henry Brown Buick and received a quick reply from Patrick stating that he would hold the 20% off blue Encore on his lot for us. Upon arrival three days later, Patrick was most hospitable to myself, my wife and daughter. He ensured the vehicle was prepped completely and explained all the functions of it to us. He even called a day later to make sure we were happy with it and that we made it back to Las Vegas safely. After three bad experiences at Las Vegas dealerships over the past 8 years I do not think I will ever purchase any new vehicles in the Las Vegas area. I will always recommend to friends and coworkers to consider taking a trip to Phoenix. More
